Requirements:
✔️Excellent analytical and writing skills
✔️Law Review: preferred but not mandatory
✔️Admitted to the Florida Bar
✔️Must practice in business and commercial litigation
✔️Two years of litigation experience
Job duties:
✔️Writing pleadings and motions in civil litigation cases in state and federal court
✔️Handling discovery in civil litigation cases in state and federal court
✔️Attending hearings in civil litigation and commercial cases
✔️Assisting supervising attorney in jury and bench trials
