Ayala is happy to announce that it has settled a case where the plaintiff was claiming half a million in damages against its client.
The allegations insinuated that Ayala’s client, a coach bus operator, had “stolen” two of the plaintiff's Irizar coach buses worth approximately $250,000 each.
The plaintiffs and the defendant had a contractual relationship for the buses operations where the plaintiff had to pay Ayala’s client certain amounts for the operation of the buses, which the plaintiff failed to do.
When the plaintiff demanded the return of the buses, Ayala’s client returned one of the buses and then demanded over $80,000 in unpaid invoices for the operation of the buses before returning the second one…
