Meet Matthew Hernandez, one of our talented law clerks.
Born and raised in Miami with family roots in Havana, Matthew graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and later earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Miami, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is currently a rising 3L at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating in Spring 2026.
Matthew is passionate about commercial litigation and thrives on the analytical work that drives successful business law cases. He believes in putting in the hard work early, knowing the skills and discipline gained as a clerk pay dividends long after law school.
