Last Thursday, we hosted the 5th session of the Legal Leader’s Circle, our invite-only mastermind created by lawyers, for lawyers.
This session brought together law firm owners and partners from across South Florida, including teams from Barakat + Bossa, EPGD Business Law, the Law Offices of Stephanie A. Cruz, Melga Law, Mairena Law, Carpe Diem Law Firm, and others, for an in-depth discussion on financial forecasting and planning for law firms.
We explored how to strategically project revenue and expenses, plan for cash flow fluctuations, allocate resources across departments, and use financial data to drive firm-wide decision-making. The conversation also touched on operational budgeting, sustainable growth models, and the importance of balancing profitability with long-term investment in talent and infrastructure.
The turnout was strong and the discussions thoughtful, reflecting the caliber of professionals who make up this group.
