Ayala Law is pleased to announce that Eion Oosterbaan, Esq. has joined the firm as our seventh attorney, further expanding our depth and capabilities in complex commercial litigation and business law matters.
Graduating from Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Oosterbaan brings a distinguished background in both the public and private sectors. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), advising Fortune 500 companies on international tax and financial strategy. He subsequently served with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he worked closely with the Honorable Kathleen M. Williams.
Building on this diverse experience, Mr. Oosterbaan has focused his practice on high-stakes commercial litigation and sophisticated business law disputes, representing a wide array of corporate clients with a pragmatic, business-first approach.
