We’re proud to announce a major milestone in a class action case involving the 2023 Copa America final at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. Federal Judge Beth Bloom has granted preliminary approval of the settlement for fans who were denied entry on game day.
Many class members traveled from out of the country, spending hundreds, even thousands, of dollars on tickets and travel, only to be left outside the stadium due to negligence. Under the settlement, eligible fans may recover up to $2,000 per ticket, covering ticket costs and certain travel expenses.
