Thorough screening before the service takes place, nice meet & greet and we just love to get the photo updates, a sweet note and a map of the walk. Best kitty sitting service ever!! Gives me amazing piece of mind while i’m on a trip. I travel a lot for work, and personal trips and Julia’s team always comes through for me. My kitten is always well fed, hydrated, and given alot of love and attention. Never have i felt this good about leaving my persian cat with anybody!! Highly recommend their pet sitting services, you can travel feeling good your baby will get alot of love and care.

Julia and the Awwdorable Pets team were amazing! She took great care of my cat, was so professional, and provided detailed reports of her visits each day. She even came a few days early on very short notice when we needed her sooner than anticipated. We will certainly use Awwdorable Pets again in the future. It gave us so much peace knowing our loved cat was in great hands while we were away! Highly recommend!

Julia of Awwdorable Pets is wonderful. She's professional, reliable, and super responsive - and most of all, she loves the pets that she takes care of. We can tell how invested she is in our pup's development and appreciate how she shares photos and updates each time she visits our pup. I would definitely give this business 20 stars if I had the chance! Julia and her team were steadfast and consistent in making sure that my 3 cats were well taken care of. When an owner goes away, we always think of our pets and worry that they will be well taken care of. Julia spent time with my cats and provided hugs and love during my absence. Julia and her team visited my house twice a day for a week in making sure that they had clean water and plenty of food to eat. The kitty litter box was kept clean. I will definitely use their services in the future!

Julia and Celeste both did an awesome job on taking care both of my cats while we were away. We communicated with each other via their Awwdorable Pets App, where you get to see their detailed journals with photos of our cats! I would use their service again and would recommend their service to everyone!

I couldn't recommend Julia and aawdorable pets more. I have a very fluctuating schedule in the entertainment industry. She has always been available to switch the care of my 2 boy puppies at a moments notice. She takes wonderful care of both them. They instantly liked her, and got used to the rhythm of her coming to them, sometimes 3 times a day. She plays with them, lets them out, walk and feeds them. I'm not sure what I would do without her, and Bug and Charlie are not sure either. Thank you so much.

Awwwdorablepets is the best! Julia takes care of your pet like they are their own babies. It's stressful to leave our fur babies when we leave town but Julia takes that away. My doggies were wonderfully cared for and I received photo updates several times a day. I can recommend highly enough!!!

My 7 month old puppy had just been spayed and Julia stayed her with while I enjoyed an evening out at the Pasadena Pops concert. Julia was fantastic. She played with her and was very attentive. I highly recommend Awwdorable Pets!

Horrible company. They company agreed to watch my dog and less than two days before the day they were supposed to watch my dog she cancelled on me, forcing me to scramble to make other arrangements at the last minute. They had also asked to fill out a form to register her, but their website was not working. They told me to contact customer support which never answered the phone. Refused to accept the application in a word doc. When I asked her to refer me to another service she said “I’m not going to do that, that’s your responsibility.” Extremely unprofessional, rude, and terrible customer service. She offered no accountability nor an apology whatsoever. Cannot recommend less
