AWRS Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair.

Very disappointed with this service! I called for a mobile repair to replace an air valve on my truck and clearly explained that the vehicle was parked on the shoulder. The technician showed up, took a quick look, said he “didn’t feel safe” doing the repair there, and left without doing anything. I was still charged $300 for just showing up and driving 10 miles. If you’re not willing or able to work in these conditions, then simply don’t accept the job in the first place! Total waste of time and money!

This place is a scam! We took our truck in to get the transmission fixed, and in the process of fixing the transmission they broke the DEF system. Instead of taking accountability they tried blaming us for it being broken. Then instead of of the shop getting the part, they made us go and get it which we had to rent a rental car to do. This also resulted in taking an extra day for us to get the truck back and having to get a hotel. After saying he was going to give a discount, he still charged us full price for everything, and didn’t even pay for the part their workers broke. Don’t recommend this place at all unless you want them to break more stuff on your truck and charge you extra for them to fix it. I would give zero starts if I could!

Great people, very knowledgeable and straightforward. Michael was refreshingly honest. I ve had def issue and he was able to clear it off and i was able to do my delivery. Im grateful and recommend everyone.

They came out yesterday to install a tire and here is what i get today. No one answers of course. Charged $360 for tire and $290 for labor. Be careful out there guys. Only took 300 miles for this to happen

Thanks to Michael at AWRS for his fast and friendly service at the Love’s Travel Stop in Klamath Falls OR! We flagged him down in the parking lot because we had a low tire and he checked the air pressure in our W900 added some air for us and got us rolling again! A+.

This guy is excellent! We had frame failure on our RV at the end of a 2500 mile trip, and he had it fixed up for us lightning fast, and we were back on the road in less than 2 hours! Very kind guy you can rely on. He even checked over our rv for us to make sure there were no other glaring issues and we were good to drive the last ~60 miles safely. Thank you so much for taking great care of us and saving our trip!!

Had a wheel seized on with a busted tire... Called up and Michael said he could be out in 2 hours. He showed up in 2 hours and got us taken care of with promptness. Appreciate the prompt service and communication! Hope we don't need you again, but glad you were around today!
