This collision company is top-notch! I worked closely with Aaron every step of the way getting my Lexus fixed. They kept in constant contact with me and were very accommodating. After a bad experience with the New Century BMW, I decided to take my BMW here for repair. I didn't call, I just walk-in. Immediately, I was greeted with a friendly smile. They patiently answered all my questions and address some of my concerns. During the repairs, all the procedures were updated via texted. All the damage parts were replaced with original BMW parts. The repair process took about few weeks, and I was very satisficed with the result. Lastly, I would like to give a big thanks to the AW team, Aaron, Damali and Steve, who help and make sure all things goes as smoothly as it should.

I had my son’s 2023 Dodge Challenger front bumper repaired here after I backed my car into his. His car had just over 500 miles on it. So it looked and was still brand new. This was a few months ago and I wanted to wait to comment to make sure the work stood up. I have to say from beginning to end this is the best body shop I have ever been to. Everyone I interacted with was polite, honest and very friendly. Were their prices a little higher than some other shops. Yes, but they also didn’t cut any corners like those cheaper shops. Have you ever seen a car where the paint on the “plastic” bumper is peeling off but the paint looks pretty new? That’s skipping corners. Prep work takes time and materials that other shops will skip to give you a lower quote and faster turnaround. The work won’t last. My son’s car looks 100% factory new off the lot. Zero signs that there was any damage. Deep metallic red paint is an exact match. Might cost a little more but you get what you pay for and it is worth every penny!!!! Seriously, this is where the BMW, Mercedes and Dodge dealerships take their cars for repair. I recommend this shop to all my friends now. So glad I trusted them for this repair.

Overall this place was great, they were very friendly and kind. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and they were very communicative. I had Joseph and Damali, both communicated clearly every week and sent updates of the progress of my car. I’m super happy with the way my car turned out, looks brand new and they took of the curiosity of cleaning everything for me. I would definitely come back again and would recommend to others.

Solid work! I highly recommend this place. I had a bad hit and run that left the front bumper and headlights incredibly damaged/ripped off on my Lexus RX. I decided to go to AW Collision since it was recommended by Lexus and they use original manufacturer parts. I had great help from one of their reps, Kurtis at Crown Lexus. From bringing it to the shop and every step of the way, the whole process was super smooth. I got weekly texts and updates from Damali and Joseph. They basically handled every part of the insurance claim, paperwork, inspection, repairing, painting, fitting everything properly, and washing it when it was finished. They streamlined the entire thing with no issues. After about 3 weeks, the car was as good as brand new, washed and ready for pickup. Honestly, couldn’t be happier with the customer service from Damali, Joseph and the team at AW Collision. If there’s ever a need to have your vehicle repaired or taken care of, these are the guys!
