I am writing this review to share my genuine experience so that others can make an informed decision and not be misled by the overly positive reviews. My experience with Avyanco was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I felt pressured and pushed into taking unnecessary and very expensive accounting services that were never clearly justified. The approach felt sales-driven rather than advisory. Customer care is poor. I had to continuously follow up for almost everything — from business setup to Emirates ID-related steps. Responses were slow, unstructured, and often required repeated reminders. There was no sense of ownership or urgency from their side. In particular, one team member, Ashish, appeared to be focused almost entirely on upselling additional services rather than supporting an existing client. While sales are part of any business, basic customer care, timely communication, and post-sale support should not be ignored. Resolutions are not provided promptly, and follow-ups are left to the client. Once payment is made, the responsiveness noticeably drops. I am a business owner myself and also run a successful YouTube channel. This review is written purely based on my real experience. I will also be sharing my honest feedback on other platforms. I would not recommend Avyanco to anyone looking for professional, client-focused business setup services.

I had a great experience working with Avyanco, especially Nancy, while setting up my trade license. She was extremely professional, very well-mannered, and always quick with her follow-ups. VOID - Incorrect company formation, months of broken promises We hired Avyanco to set up a holding company in RAKEZ (UAE) to work with our European business structure. What we received was a company with an INCORRECT STRUCTURE that we could not use for our intended business activities. When we discovered the problem: - We visited their office for 1.5 hours in July 2025 - Their team acknowledged the issue - They promised to send a corrected structure within 3 working days - 5 months later: NOTHING delivered The result: - We could not conduct any business activities - The company generated zero revenue - Now they demand thousands of dirhams for liquidation costs - They claim WE are responsible for THEIR mistake When we requested portal access to manage things ourselves - they never provided it. When we scheduled calls - they didn't show up. When we asked for help - months of silence. Now, with the license about to expire, they threaten us with fines and visa complications while refusing to take any responsibility. We have filed formal complaints with RAKEZ and UAE Consumer Protection. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.

I chose Avyanco based on the many positive Google reviews and initially had a good experience during the company formation stage. The process was smooth, and their pricing at that time felt reasonable and competitive. However, over the course of the year, I found that additional services — such as changes to trade license activities, renewals, and liquidation — came with unexpectedly high fees, and I had to spend too much of time negotiating their fees. Since our company was originally registered through Avyanco, we were dependent on them for services and pay whatever they demand. While this may work well for some, I’d recommend that others take time to explore different providers and compare not just the setup costs but also the structure and transparency of ongoing services and charges. This is my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make a more informed decision.
