I am writing this review to share my genuine experience so that others can make an informed decision and not be misled by the overly positive reviews.
My experience with Avyanco was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I felt pressured and pushed into taking unnecessary and very expensive accounting services that were never clearly justified. The approach felt sales-driven rather than advisory.
Customer care is poor. I had to continuously follow up for almost everything — from business setup to Emirates ID-related steps. Responses were slow, unstructured, and often required repeated reminders. There was no sense of ownership or urgency from their side.
In particular, one team member, Ashish, appeared to be focused almost entirely on upselling additional services rather than supporting an existing client. While sales are part of any business, basic customer care, timely communication, and post-sale support should not be ignored.
Resolutions are not provided promptly, and follow-ups are left to the client. Once payment is made, the responsiveness noticeably drops.
I am a business owner myself and also run a successful YouTube channel. This review is written purely based on my real experience. I will also be sharing my honest feedback on other platforms.
I would not recommend Avyanco to anyone looking for professional, client-focused business setup services.
