Attended a fundraiser at Avon Acres. A very beautiful place. The building and parking lot was clean. Plenty of parking.

If you are getting married or having any event in Memphis, Avon Acres is honestly your only choice. Beyond the extreme affordability and everything that is included in the stunning space, the staff led by Melissa is perfection. On our wedding day we had the cottages as well as the venue rented out, everything was so calm and easy going, the staff was welcoming and on top of everything. Even our wedding planner was shocked how on top of it they are. Throughout the planning process Avon was in constant contact with us. Whatever we need they had, and whenever we had a question or just needed to be in the space they took care of us. It was truly an amazing experience working with them. I honestly cannot say enough about this amazing location

Realtor function with beer tasting and Nachos from Central Market. Very large space for our function. Outdoor grass area seemed nice. Plenty of parking

This place was absolutely dreamy. We enjoy the wedding, it's very hidden so you will pass it if you don't know where you going. It's all the way behind a BBQ restaurant tho and it's beautiful!

Thank you for your response. I’m sorry that I had to bring poor landscaping issues to your attention. One noted correction. The concerns were brought to the attention of your team the following day after the rehearsal, not the day of the wedding. The area of the air conditioner was still left open where any child could have easily wandered. A courteous follow-up to my complaints would have been nice. The “team” saw me the very next morning and later that evening and could have said as such. Again, the pictures I took prior to expressing my concerns were almost identical to the ones I took after expressing my concerns. I’m addition, the final email states that my concerns were being forward to someone else to address. I’m still waiting. It is what it is. Thank you.,

Great venue, parking is a bit of a mess, really need speed bumps to keep card from teaching through the parking lot.

I was a plus 1 guest so really kept my mouth shut cause I wasn't sure who was actually responsible for the decisions to have guests stand outside, wait in cars, or wait in lobby the venue or the the patrons while the venue gets rearranged at the beginning and the middle of the wedding ceremony. But that was unexceptable. So if it was up to me to recommend this venue I would not if you're having a big or long ceremony.

The Jazz band there at the event was great. The event hall was spacious and versatile
