Very bad customer service. I purchased an automatic heat press machine @$475. Which is not a big deal if only the machine worked. The vinyl does not stick and yes it’s the vinyl from the store. I tried multiple garners and fabric and the work the it provides it’s HORRIBLE. I went in the store two days later to notify them but the owner wasn’t there. I was advised to come mo day when he would be in town. So that’s what I did went Monday in the late evening. Once again he wasn’t there I was told to wait but an associate that he’s on his way. After waiting for 30 mins I asked what time would he be coming in so I can come back. The associate now tells me he’s on his way from Houston. At this point I’m annoyed I tell him to call the owner the owner told me to come the next day that he would try the machine out. We confirmed 9am (stores opening time). When I arrived the same associate tells me that he’s not in that’s he’s get vaccinated. So now at this point I’m angry because this is my third time coming in on the same issue and They just don’t care. There was another customer in the store I Politely asked him to look at the difference from the garments with their machine and some with my original machine. There was a HUGE DIFFERENCE. At this point the owner is still on speaker. So I’m guessing he got mad because I asked the opinion of a customer. So he told me that he would refund me but THAT HE BETTER NEVER EVER SEE ME IN HIS STORE! is that a threat? And also we discussed the previous day that he doesn’t want to loose my business over $500 when I spend minimum 1k a week. Also that I he could have just given me store credit. Even the customer that was in the satire stated that he was wrong and was conducting business unprofessionally. I was even nice enough to bring him some better quality shirts for him to check out so he can sell. Trust me you don’t have to worry about me coming in your store I get better prices online anyway.I would love to post a video so you can see how bad these pants are.

My favorite store I always find everything that I need and if they don’t have it Lourdes find a way to get it for me! The staff are very friendly and polite and I really appreciate your hard work ! Big thank you to Abigail Deineris Alex and Scarleth.

Great place for custom T-shirt makers. They have a big selection in vinyl&heat transfer vinyl. They have the cheapest price. Great customer service. I appreciate it. Will definitely be back..
