I was able to make it back to this restaurant for breakfast with my family and we were beyond happy with everything. The food was excellent. The Greek skillet was delicious. The service is great and super friendly. They really make you feel welcomed here. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. We can't wait to go back.

We had breakfast today at Avia and it was a great experience. This is a true mom-and-pop restaurant open from 8 AM to 3 PM serving breakfast and lunch. We were seated immediately and had a very sweet, attentive waitress. The food came out fast and the portions were huge. I ordered the eggs Benedict with hashbrowns (see photo) and it was excellent. My wife had the ham and cheese omelet with hashbrowns and sourdough toast, and the portion was so large she ended up bringing half home. What really stood out was that the owner/cook came to our table to ask how everything was. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, very friendly, and the prices were great for the amount of food you get. If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot in Holly, Michigan, we highly recommend Avia. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I have enjoyed many meals at Avia Family Dining. Food has been excellent, without exception. Portions are ample, often enough for sharing for two. Prices are considered to be very good for the quality of the food. The Swedish Pancakes are excellent...fresh fruit topping and sweetened cream cheese filling. People that have accompanied me have expressed surprise that they hadn't heard of this hidden gem. The acoustical atmosphere is particular appealing to me, primarily for the lack reflected noise, whether created by guests or staff. People that wear hearing aids will certainly appreciate that.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Nice menu that's vegetarian friendly. I had the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and my wife had the black bean veggie burger with fries. Both burgers were great (❤️ the buns) and cooked just right. The owner stopped by and introduced himself and made sure we were happy with the service and the food. The restroom was ultra clean and had hot water for washing hands! Loved the atmosphere, it was nice and cozy. This was our first time there and we will be back.

Had the most delicious Greek Chicken Salad! The chicken was so delicious and I loved the dressing. One of the best salads I’ve had in a while. Pita bread was delish, too! The family that runs it is very kind!

I can only speak to the food, as this was a DoorDash order. 10/10 would not recommend. This was our first and absolutely last experience with Avia Family Dining. We ordered breakfast, and “practically inedible” is the kindest possible description. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, which arrived with unadvertised liquid cheese and an egg so aggressively overcooked that the whites were brown. You could taste the burn and the texture was chewy…not ideal for eggs. The hashbrowns appeared to have been run over by a car and the texture of mashed potatoes on the inside. I genuinely wondered whether the waitstaff had been asked to cook that morning, because there is no reasonable explanation for food leaving a professional kitchen in this condition. For a first impression, this was spectacularly bad. We will not be returning, and I’ll be warning anyone who asks to avoid it. Save your money, your appetite, and your morning.

After 15 or 20 visits, I've eaten almost every omelet variety they sell. Each were delicious in their own way. Prices are comparable to others in town. I used to not visit because the former owner would smoke in the kitchen. New owners, Robert and Tina strive to please their customers. They're a family business, not a franchise. Give them a fair chance to serve you.

Every other experience we’ve had at Avia has been amazing. Today we were seated and waited 15 minutes before the waitress asked for our drink order, the tables that came in after us were served before us. We then waited an additional 20 minutes to order food, were not offered a coffee/water refill, and were not checked on after receiving our food. After finishing our meals we waited an additional 10 minutes for our bill. I’m not sure if our waitress was new but there were also multiple angry people who were waiting close to an hour for carry outs. We were disappointed in the service as people who understand how a busy restaurant can have longer wait times but the restaurant was only about 1/3 full.

A great place to go for a home cooked meal! Prices are decent and everything I have tried has been great. They also have the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a restaurant.

I was in the area so I gave it a try. I must say I was impressed at the overall service and food. We ordered a BLT, Philly Steak, and fries and all were excellent. I highly recommend. If your in the area stop by, you won't be disappointed.
