I am MD licensed home inspector with over 20 years of combined experience in home inspection and construction. My goal is to provide every client with a dependable, thorough and knowledgeable inspection through courteous, respectful and honest interactions. All my findings are delivered professionally in an easy-to-understand, computer-generated report within 24 hours, complete with digital pictures. I perform inspections 7 days a week. I'm a certified Radon Measurement Specialist, certified Mold Assessor and a certified Sewer Scan Technician.

We were lucky to have Avi for the last minute appointment. We had Avi for a walk and talk inspection and liked it a lot! He provided thorough inspections and explained everything we asked for in a very detailed way. It says the walk & talk takes an hour but it went over more than that and he didn’t rush. Highly recommended!

Avi Levy did an amazing, thorough job at the home inspection. He examined and documented everything and presented it in an understandable format. We are very very pleased with his services and the cost was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 stars.
