Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment most people will ever make. A decision that will affect their life's for years to come. The home inspection process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such an important decision. A professional home inspection will significantly reduce the risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. Though home inspectors can't see through walls, predict the future or know everything there is to know about everything, the home inspector will perform field inspections to identify existing visible conditions/problem and to evaluate the performance of a house. This will improve the client's knowledge of the home, and reduce (not eliminate) the risk in making a decision. Clients should have realistic expectations about the scope of the inspection and understand that the home inspector will not be able to identify or predict all the issues in a home, but by pointing out several issues, the home inspector does provide an important and valuable service.
I strongly encourage all of my clients to be part of the house inspection process. I really enjoy helping my clients as a home inspector in this process. Customer service is my highest priority. Armed with the information my detailed and comprehensive report will provide, you can make your decision with confidence.
