the experience of purchasing was made so easy by Tania and her staff. They took their time to be sure myself and family were happy with our selection. It ended with us purchasing 3 different model types. Delivery was the next day and Tania followed up with phone call few days later to be sure we were happy with our selection. I have since referred a few friends who all have raved about them as well. They educate you, help you select the right mattress , deliver it quickly and make you feel as if your dealing with family. highly recommend.

This was by far the best mattress buying experience that I have had. Tania is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and just a delight to deal with. The whole process was seamless. She took plenty of time to talk to me on the phone first about different options, then was very patient as we tried all of the mattresses (she even had a mattress delivered to her store so that we could try it). The delivery of the new mattress and the pick up of the old one Was handled with care and professionalism. It was also punctual (Which is very important to me). Our new mattress is exactly what I needed. I cannot say enough good things about Aventura Mattress and Tania. They provide excellent prices and phenomenal customer service.

I would highly recommend Aventura Mattress as the place to buy your next mattress! It’s a small store, so it was a calm pleasant place to shop, with very nice, helpful, attentive, personal service, with no pressure. Tania and Katy were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also stood by their product and me when I ordered a mattress that wound up being too soft for me. Even after 3 months of trying it out they happily exchanged it for a new mattress, at the same Black Friday sale price I had gotten previously. Now I have a Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze Medium Hybrid and I can tell right away that it’s going to be great as it has the softness to not hurt my back, yet it’s supportive enough as well. Tania made everything so easy. She called my condo with all the paper work they needed, arranged to reserve the elevator, and sent the delivery guys who were also very nice. I’m very happy with my experience at Aventura Mattress and really recommend them to everyone!

I purchased a high end mattress that the owner highly recommended since I was going for a more popular brand. The mattress is above and beyond my expectations. Also we bought a bed set that has drawers underneath and the quality is very firm and durable. The delivery was flawless and the set up was professionally done. If you do visit Aventura Mattress, be prepared to have a warm welcome and a tour of some of the best and most exclusive mattresses you will ever lay your head and body on. Plus, you will feel like you have been to the doctors and prescribed the perfect sleeping pill. This is not a run of the mill "mattresses r us" type of store, this is a VIP experience by a woman owned small boutique business who knows mattresses. You will be hooked the minute you walk through the door and just like me, you will find yourself returning here over and over again every five years.
