Brilliant experience. Would highly recommend. My 17 year old GHD packed up. I have a later generation one but it does not work as well so I really wanted my original fixed. Chevain was amazing - highly responsive on what’s app. He quoted quickly and it was fixed within an hour. I used uber courier to get my device to and from Chevain so I didn’t have to schedule time to drive through there. As I say, Chevain is very responsive and just an all in 10 star service experience. I am going to tell my hairdresser, friends, colleagues and probably every client I speak to in the next 6 months to take down GHD’s details!

My cloud9 broke down last week and I was devastated as we know Cloud9 is no longer in SA. I googled for repairs centre's close to me and came across Avalon GHD Repairs. I called them and the owner was absolutely great. I called on the Friday, dropped off my iron the same day that afternoon and was informed he could help me, I received a quote which I was happy with. My repair was completed the next day, I had made payment and I fetched my iron the Sunday. I was amazed by the speedy service and the owner is absolutely great and professional.
