Brilliant experience. Would highly recommend. My 17 year old GHD packed up. I have a later generation one but it does not work as well so I really wanted my original fixed. Chevain was amazing - highly responsive on what’s app. He quoted quickly and it was fixed within an hour. I used uber courier to get my device to and from Chevain so I didn’t have to schedule time to drive through there. As I say, Chevain is very responsive and just an all in 10 star service experience. I am going to tell my hairdresser, friends, colleagues and probably every client I speak to in the next 6 months to take down GHD’s details!

My GHD stood unused for 2 years due to not switching on.Avalon GHD repairs were very professional with diagnosis and repair.The turn around was a day and exceptional service at a very reasonable price too. Thank you for a job well done.
