Autotech Plus - MOT Centre & Repairs

I’ve been using this garage for my MOTs and servicing for a few years now, ever since moving to the area, and they’ve always been brilliant. This was the first major issue I’ve had with my car, and they handled it perfectly. They got it booked in straightaway, sourced the parts, and fixed what I know was quite a tricky job - all much quicker than I expected. They genuinely went above and beyond, fitting me in even though they were busy and opening up on their day off so I could collect my car. That level of care is incredibly rare and much appreciated. Everyone was friendly, honest and efficient throughout. I’m genuinely over the moon to have my car back and running perfectly again. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Smooth and Stress-Free MOT! Had my car in for its MOT and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The manager was really friendly and explained everything clearly. They did the test quickly, kept me updated, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary work — just honest advice and fair prices. Definitely recommend them if you want a hassle-free MOT!

This service is to be avoided, if you are a woman or you are not at all good at mechanics. 3 weeks ago I bought a car, which from the second day I realized that it was not running well. after going to 3 mechanics, each with a different opinion, I was advised to go to this service, because they are good at gearboxes. after a mechanic drove the car for 10 minutes, the verdict was the catalytic converter was clogged, it needs to be replaced. after the change, when I asked if the catalytic converter could still be recovered (a friend told me that it was), they told me that it could not and when I asked to return it, they asked me for money. After they put an after market catalytic converter, my car ran even worse plus louder. this morning I went to another service, which only did a software update and the car runs great. I didn't even pay anything. that noise from the replaced catalytic converter remained. In conclusion, I will ask this service for additional information about the replacement, because I strongly believe that I was grossly deceived (an original catalytic converter sells very well) and I will file a complaint with this service.

found this garage a couple of years back when my clutch failed on my van. They've been nothing but brilliant and professional ever since. Always happy to help, and they'll mention little niggles that will need looking at in the future (par for the course with a 15 year old van), but the price is always kept reasonable. Would happily recommend these guys.

My car failed the MOT at another garage at the weekend and they couldn't do the necessary repairs but they recommended Autotech Plus. I hadn't heard of Autotech Plus but I emailed them on Sunday, afternoon, hoping that they could take my car in before the 10 days were up on my MOT. They replied on Monday morning and said I could bring my car in that day before 5pm and they would squeeze me in. I dropped the car off at 4:30 pm. The exhaust had been changed by Tuesday and ready to collect. They were so helpful and the price of a new exhaust was really fair, reasonable and affordable. I am so pleased with the work they did and with how friendly, professional and thorough they were. I will definitely use them again. Happy to say the car has now passed the MOT.

Today was my visit to Autotech Plus, and wow, is all I can say! I had my MOT done, which passed with an advisory. The chap was so helpful and friendly and went through what needed to be addressed at some point. I waited in their waiting room whilst it was done and was offered a hot drink and welcomed to put the heater on. There's also a handle loo! This is definitely my new go-to garage. Thank you so much. Absolutely brilliant people. 😊

My first experience at a garage in bristol as an immigrant was with Autotech Plus. The service provided by the manager was excellent. Well worth for the money I spent. His kind and humanitarian approach adds more value for the quick service. Five stars always..

Used the On-line Booking Service for my MOT - quick and easy. As requested I arrived 15 minutes before my slot and was welcomed and thanked for doing so. Reception is clean and bright, service is friendly and understanding. Confirmation telephone call to invite me back when the car was ready. Highly Recommended! Perfectly painless, excellent value for money.
