I had an oil change, brakes checked and a diagnostics check run on my car. My car was promptly taken in and serviced. The mechanics were efficient. I was helped by Avinash and was satisfied with their service. The service centre is in Pilerne Industrial Estate off Saligao in Goa. You will need to use Google Maps to find your way. A variety of high end cars are serviced and repaired here. Also one needs to make an appointment.

Took Time but Fixed the Lion in the rear wheel drive AMG kompressor!! ECU refurbished to perform unlike the Original Workshops which ONLY REPLACE @10X Cost! Great performance from the performers AUTOPRO !

I had given my Creta for servicing at Auto Pro, and it turned out to be a nightmare. To replace the brake pads, they took 20 days, and even then, they couldn’t fix it. They returned my car on the same day. Digital odometer to stop working the next day. I tried contacting them multiple times with no success. Eventually, I was directed to their other service plant at Agassaim. Even there, they couldn’t resolve the issue and asked me to wait as they ordered the part. After waiting for 1.5 months, they finally informed me that they couldn’t fix it and suggested I contact Hyundai directly. Thankfully, Hyundai helped me resolve the issue, but my experience with Auto Pro was nothing short of pathetic. Their service is terrible, and they are only capable of basic maintenance, thats it, but not actual repairs. For those who truly love their car, I strongly advise against giving it to Auto Pro. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Finally i had to pay 27000 for the entire cluster and 3000 for the brakepads. This issue happened just after the next day of servicing and auto pro could not fix it. They could not able to buy simple car brake pads and it took 20 days and after that answer was NO.

I have been visiting this service centre for many years now. From Ford Fusion, Polo TSi, to the X3 now the service and issue solving has been prompt and precise with all my cars through the years. I’ve never had a negative experience or a complaint. All staff is very friendly, informative and courteous. I’ve been getting regular updates while cars were being serviced and quotes and solutions were discussed during any issues whenever I’ve attended. I’ll stick to Autopro for as long as I’m here.

They did a Good servicing of my tata punch every step was video graph or photos were shared on the WhatsApp group. After all this the car was properly watched inside out and handed over to me. The staff was very friendly.

I will never recommend these guys . They are totally fraud . I gave them my bmw 3gt 4 times still i have the same issues . They changed my car parts with someone else car . They did this twice there are there workers who told me that they changed my car parts with someone else car . They removed my car ambience lights from the windows and told me not working . There workers came to my house and fix my car and told me not to tell them anything . Thank you so much for this fraud work and make my car more worst .atleast be honest with your work place who give you everything for living . Fraud
