Had a problem with my 2008 that another garage couldnt work out. Phoned this company and from start to finish they were absolutely incredible. From the 1st phone call they was nothing but helpful. They also managed to get it sorted and get me back on the road in 24 hours Couldn't recommend them enough.

The team got me out of a right pickle! My car had been stuck at another garage for over 4 weeks with no solution. I got in touch with these guys on Friday and by Monday we had a fix - honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with car technicians. Super honest about the price, explained the next steps clearly, and just really reassuring (especially when you’ve got no clue about cars!). Steve and Mark were both fab, genuinely lovely people. Mark and the team were great when I had a problem with my car. They got the issue seen to straight away and were fully transparent about costs (which I hasten to add were remarkably fair!). All staff were professional, helpful and efficient - would absolutely recommend them in future.

I had heard of this Company and they came highly recommended. I recently had to fit a new battery to my car not realising that the car then needed reprogramming. I phoned them and they told me to bring my cat straight in. I was welcomed by most of the staff members who treated me with courtesy and respect. Within minutes of arriving they had cleared 26 faults from my car and diagnosed a faulty EGR Valve. They showed me on line which company to order it from and wrote down the part number and make. I am going to order the part and then book my Car back in to get it fitted, I would highly recommend this Company, They went above and beyond any Customer Service I had experienced before. They are based in Newton Longville and easy to find. Thanks Guys !

I had the pleasure of working with them. The only ones that finally fixed my AddBlue error on my Mercedes E Class..did all the codding with the new tank and also the oil change...very pleased with their services. Highly recommend

Had an issue with my horn on my JCW i had a couple of other companies look but couldn't diagnose the issue and was beginning to think it wasn't going to be fixed then found these guys and have been absolutely blown away by the customer service absolutely can't fault them Steve diagnosed my issues straight away explained it all to me - turned out to be more complex than just the horn and they sorted the issue in a couple of days .Thank you every member of staff I dealt with were totally professional and knew their stuff will 100% be recommending them !

Correctly diagnosed i had the wrong front camera installed on my 2016 W166 Mercedes GLE, which in turn meant the other 360 cameras didn't work. Saved hours of labor by not looking for a wiring fault etc. Great company glad i found them - thank you!
