My truck just shut down across the street from the Loves in Seminole, OK. Called the first roadside company that came up in search. That was a mistake, charged me $500 just to tell me they wouldnt do the repair. Called Auto Works and Jason came out, figured out the real issue, towed the truck and trailer to the shop. Had to wait til morning for parts so "Pops" gave me and my dog a ride to the motel. They installed the new wiring harness and radiator line (Volvo dealer only part) the next morning called me and said Pops would be there to get us within the hour. Price was reasonable. Service was excellent.

Amazing service, response time and willingness to ensure everything was taken care of with all parties involved. Extremely professional service that still care about the people involved. Have used them on multiple occasions and they never cease to amaze with their service. Better prices, better service and overall just better people to deal with than your typical tow company. Most other wrecker services add random fees for this and that, Autoworks is upfront with everything and beat any other wrecker service in the state on price and performance. There is no better company to have on your side when something goes wrong!

Broke down on I-44 in Chandler towing my horse trailer with 2 horses. I called several companies and Auto Works was the only company that would help me. Jason got me and my horses towed to their shop. They even had a large pen my horses could relax in while they replaced my belt and alternator. I got a quote from the dealership and it was $600 more than what Auto Works charged me for the exact same repair. Super nice people! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We were traveling from Arizona to Georgia and noticed our tandem RV tires looked very close together while stopped at Loves. We found out we had a broken spring holder. You were on the scene within 15 minutes. You had the repair done and we were ready to go the next morning. It would have taken an RV repair shops days or weeks. You saved our trip. Thank you for the great customer service and reasonable prices. We made it to Georgia thanks to your help.

Stay away from this so call tawing and repair company they are really highway robbery, Incase you got towed do not let them take your truck to there shop first of don’t let you sleep on your truck will take you to hotel/ motel from your own expense and they will never come and pick you back to shop you may stay all day or few days and they will not fix your truck right away and they will never give you an estimate on work, they are very greedy they put on my truck 2 bad use tires with Rims plus use hub and seal + tawing 5.6 miles they bill me $4,880.75 after I asked for discount they charge me $4,415.75 please drives stay away from company specially if you’re owner op you are located on I 40 Earlsboro, Ok around mile marker 194

Auto Works Towing Recovery and Repair LLC gave me one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service company. They towed my car twice in one day, and during the first drop-off, the driver said there was “no need to get rough with a customer’s car.” That comment made sense later when I found out they bent my tie rod and damaged my steering rack — clear signs of mishandling. When I called to confront them, the guy admitted there are multiple proper tow points on my car and that he did not have to use the tow hitch — which is exactly what caused the damage. Instead of taking responsibility, they got defensive, rude, and downright nasty over the phone. If you value your car, stay far away from this company. They don’t care about the vehicles they handle, and they treat customers horribly when they’re called out for their mistakes.

Jesse, the driver, is an absolute life saver! He had to wait almost 30 minutes for my daughter to get the keys to her truck but patiently waited and was able to tow it to me. He was professional and went out of his way with his kindness. I highly recommend this company and Jesse.

Absolute scam of a place. Roughly 20 mile tow and they charge $1650. If you have a choice, which we didn’t know any better- not from here- AVOID this place! My invoice was $3150 and this place just scams those who they know are in a tough spot. Very unethical! Awful awful awful. I hope this saves someone. Guy on phone couldn’t explain anything said they just “estimated” my charges. I will be reporting this to the FTC and more.

A complete scam and blatant racial discrimination. They charged $1,850 just for towing 15 miles, $1,200 in labor fees for a simple filter replacement, and even added a 12% fee for paying by card.
