This was my first experience with Auto Repair Mom and it’s been an awesome experience. To start I am a former car salesmen and Finance manager at a large dealer. I took my truck back there to be worked on the day of my appointment they set for me. My truck sat there 2 days untouched. After being frustrated with that situation I got my truck back and was told “The issue couldn’t be duplicated”. The first time I got in the truck it took 5+ tries to start my truck due to a dying starter. This let me know they didn’t even try to start it at all in those 2 days. I found Auto Car Mom had 5.0 stars on google out of 144 Reviews I liked those odds. Justin asked me several questions about my situation asked what I tried to do and seemed to genuinely want to help me and not just take on the job and take my money like the dealership I worked for and made THOUSANDS of dollars over the 4yrs I was there, I was just another service RO ticket. I dropped my truck off the night before my appointment which was the next day at 11am by 3pm I had a full diagnostics, quoted price, photos of EVERYTHING that needed addressing and an explanation and recommendation plus photo evidence. My truck was ready for pick up before 4:30 and the price was very reasonable. I HIGHLY suggest you support and work with Auto Repair Mom. The service was great the tech made me feel comfortable and showed genuine care to get my truck back on the road and done quickly. They have made a customer out of me I will 100% be bringing my truck here from now on. Sorry for the long winded review but I really enjoyed the experience/service I had with Auto Repair Mom.
