I go to The Hive for any and all servicing needed for my truck. They remember me and my vehicle anytime I come in and quote me the best price, and do fantastic work. I truly can call them up at any time and they will get my vehicle done within the day! 5 star servicing and repairs with even better people. I would never go to any other auto shop over The Hive! If you need anything done, look no further. You won't be disappointed!!

The Hive is a great place for service! Arguably the best in the Palouse! While I was living in Pullman, I only took my car into the Hive. The people at the front were very nice and personable and always communicated when the car would be done. I wish I could still take my car into this shop for routine work and rebuilds but I have since relocated!! Highly highly recommend!

The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating, and from what I’ve seen, they could probably solve any problem anyone could possibly have with a car. I came in today as a walk-in to get my key fob fixed (I tried to replace the battery myself and made SEVERAL mistakes, leaving me with a sad handful of parts rather than a key fob). Joshua and Saban were super helpful in getting that fixed for me, and were incredibly friendly as well! I enjoyed talking to them, and they did a wonderful job the entire way through. I will definitely be going HERE to get my key fob battery replaced in the future, and will not be leaving it up to me and my subpar skills any longer 😔. But seriously, they did amazing, and were definitely life savers!!

Went there for issues with my car including stalling and randomly dying. They found it was an issue with my oil circulation and were able to fix it for an affordable price and were very thorough with their work! Joshua is super friendly and nice and made my experience great! I would definitely go back for any future issues! Highly recommend they are friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable!

I had originally given 5 stars for what I believed to be exceptional service. I still find the counter guys to be very kind and helpful, but the business practice is extremely suspect. I paid over 7000.00 for a "remanufactured" transmission. After almost 4 months of waiting on parts (fair), installation, and finally bringing it back because something wasn't quite right. I received news that "oops" we put a "used" transmission in. Having previously worked for a mechanic, and being responsible for ordering parts, I know someone tried to pull a fast one. They did give me all of my money back, but had they been able to make this transmission work, I would have never known, so sadly I can no longer recommend them to anyone. Additional information: I did some checking around, called JDM (which is where they sourced the transmission) a used transmission for my vehicle was anywhere between 1500. To 2000., so even at the high end, plus 1K for markup, they were going to charge me 4K in labor. I then called Nissan, and the price of 7200 that I paid The Hive would have bought me a new transmission including labor, and that was at their high end. So even trying to find some plausible explanation, I just can't.

I visited here to get an oil change + tire rotation for the new car. Joshua did a good job explaining everything. Vaughn was the technician who took care of my car and when he inspected, he found that there is a leak and he fixed it. They did a great job overall

Saban, Joshua, and Manny are extremely helpful in the process of helping fix the car. We drove in from out of town and they were able to help us immediately and quickly diagnosed the vehicle. The service and concerned for our needs was exceptional. 10/10

I went to this place to fix an issue with my dashboard and to get an oil change. I understand that they weren't able to identify the issue, but after day four they finally decided look at the check engine light. On the following morning I called them and left a voicemail stating that I only wanted them to do an oil change and no other service, because I couldn't wait any longer without my car. They responded and told me okay and that they will let technician know. I get there in the afternoon and they only did the one service I called and told them not to do. I paid $120 didn't even get the service I wanted. On my bill it says I declined the service yet I was still charged for it. I ended up receiving a call form the owner Rob. He admittedly tried to resolve the issue. He was understanding, and apologized for the miscommunication. He gave me a full refund, found out what was wrong with my car, gave me a free oil change, and gave me a loaner vehicle. You can tell he cares about his job and it's worth returning just to support his business.

I had an excellent experience at The Hive. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Josh, Sibone (apologies if I’m spelling that wrong!), and the mechanic were fantastic to work with — professional, friendly, and incredibly dedicated. They worked really hard to diagnose an ongoing issue with my car that others couldn’t seem to solve. I truly appreciate their persistence and expertise. I highly recommend The Hive to anyone

The men were very polite and knowledgeable. They got my work done the same day. While I was waiting, I asked them to price out several things I need to have done in the future. Their prices are quite reasonable! As a woman. It’s nice going into a shop where the men aren’t trying to upsell you anything. Kudos for being decent human beings! Highly recommend.
