Stuart was readily available, provided great convenience, and efficiently resolved my issues. I have truly never had a more positive experience with a locksmith in this area. I will certainly be recommending him widely.

Our only key to an older commuter vehicle was lost and we called Stuart at Auto Key Masters/Pop-A-Lock. We spoke with Stuart and Mandy on the phone and set up a time to meet at the vehicle. The price was similar to other locksmiths, but we chose this one because they were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in our conversations. Stuart went out of his way to meet early in the morning. He communicated his arrival time and let us know what was happening every step of the way. Ty was an angel & a huge blessing. We'd lost our only truck key (2 weeks), live way out in the country, no close neighbors & since we recently purchased this property, didn't know anyone to ask for help. We waited far too long before trying to get a locksmith out here because we really thought we would come across them & we're actively looking every day! So when we decided to try to find a locksmith it had been 10 days.....everyone we called was already booked solid as was Ty. To make matters worse, it was Friday! Ty texted me on Monday that he could come around 10AM! When he arrived, he was ready to get to work! It probably only took him 15 minutes to create 2 new keys. We were so impressed with his respectful attitude, his appearance, his vehicle was immaculate as well. Very impressive all around. If we ever need any keys, new locks, etc... I had to call Pop-A-Lock because my daughter's car wouldn't start and they sent THIS guy out! I'm so sad, I dont remember his name. But he worked IN 90 DEGREE HEAT for 30 minutes trying to get a new key and for the reader to work. He even tried his code reader and pulling and switching fuses. All with a just the right amount of sarcasm and humor and a smile on his face. Long story short-he couldn't fix it, but finally got it to start so we could at least get it to a shop. It was beyond anything he could do to fix because it wasn't the key or reader. Anyways, if you need someone to pop a lock, cut you a key, tell you some jokes!, then call this guy!

Other guys jacked me around for 2 days and then told me I needed to wait another 5 days for supplies before they could help. Auto Key Masters and Locksmith had the job done within 3 hours of the initial call. I'm so impressed and highly recommend them!
