Shoutout to Auto Glass Solutions for getting my rear window done while I was in work!!! Came out and it looks great!!! Super friendly, easy to talk to and explain what you need, love that he’s mobile, clean, and did it very quickly, also won’t break your pocket!!! Now for the second or third time im using Bill!!! I wont ever go anywhere else!!! His number is now saved in my phone!!! Almost time for me to get a backrack so i can stop breaking them!!! Bill is amazing with fast response times and will be there to get the job done!!!

If you want to sit around for a week without receiving a call to schedule a windshield repair, this is the company to call. My wife has reached out to them 3 times and they have not called back to schedule. Worst company and I highly recommend against using this company. 02/21/2023 - In response to the owners reply.....First of all, it was for a windshield replacement. Secondly, to deny you dont know someone is a coward act. My wife texted your company on 02/10/2023 to get a quote for a windshield replacement for a 2012 Ford Fusion. We received a response on 02/10/2023 advising it would be $299 installed. There was verification that our windshield does not have the rain sensor. On 02/13/2023, we provided the VIN and requested to schedule the appointment. My wife provided my cell phone number and name and we were told that I would receive a call to schedule. On 02/15/2023, my wife texted your company because nobody called me. We received a text that they didnt call us because they were too busy this week and thought we would need a sooner repair date. Once again, my wife texted back and advised to call me to schedule the windshield replacement. We received a text stating they would call when back in the office but NO CALL AGAIN!!! This is not how business is done. You dont blow off a potential client and then say they are lying in a review.

Changed rear glass in my truck 3 months ago. Advised them of a leak and even sent them pictures. Got a response WEEKS LATER. SETS APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS AFTER CONTACT. DAY OF APPOINTMENT I CALL TO ASK IF WE ARE STILL ON AND THEY CANCEL... HERE I AM TODAY WITH SAME LEAK... SO MUCH FORA STAND UP BUSINESS THESE DAYS...

All I did was call for a little guidance on a window glass repair I was in the middle of. I don’t know who I talked to, but I’d like to thank you. I found exactly what I was looking for at Advanced Auto Parts to get my window on my Tundra working like new. Thanks again, whoever I talked to. Evidently I wasn’t beyond help after all.
