Spoke to Stephanie on the phone twice, she was kind, patient, and professional. Came in today to get my front windshield replaced. Price was as quoted, entire staff was welcoming and friendly. They even took the time to make some recommendations (I just moved here). All in all, saved several hundred vs the big chain glass places, they had me out in probably less than half an hour, and the install looks nice and clean.

So here's the good: They were FAST and courteous; We ALL have different experiences and yes I read the bad reviews about their customer service. The price quoted is what I paid. I NEEDED to have the repair doelne ASAP because of a trip in 24 hrs. Here's the not so great: It is indeed an after-market window as others have commented...sigh. So if you GOTTA have the window fixed ASAP, they're a good option, but don't expect a factory window. Here's the down right disgusting: The waiting room! I walked in and walked out. IMMEDIATLY I smelled mold! The building is OLD and SORELY needs repair. I didn't even consider going to the bathroom. I already knew! I marked ot high because they were fast, courteous, and the work seems to be done right. It was a true emergency and they got it done. Gotta give them credit for that.

Excellent service. My car was broke into and the side window was shattered. This place was able to replace the window on same day. Repair took just 45 minutes, I paid $200 less than what Safelite quoted me and I didn’t have to wait a week.

I was recommended to this place by a good friend of mine as they are the Wholeseller of all Automative glasses in Maryland. I called them this morning to replace my driver side glass as I drive a expensive german car I was not expecting them to have it in their warehouse…. They told me they have the glass and they can come to my house to install it or I can drive to the warehouse and they get it installed quickly. Oh man….. They installation was very quickly like 45 minutes and the service was prompt and extremely friendly I met the Owner Mr, Mahmoud and his son Ehsan and even the mom in the office. It was very pleasure to meet them there and very nice all Family owned business. They are such great people. They charged me very reasonably. I prob saved like $100 since they are direct and no middle man up-charging you! This place is highly recommended to anyone to get the precise glass job done with super friendly family owned owners. I hope you never get broken auto glass and never need to come here but if you ever need a car glass or windsheild installed in your car this place is the spot for your car! You won’t ever get regretted on the quality of the job done or the amount of the charge! : )

Desperately needed a windshield repair this morning, and came across this business. It is in a very convenient location with a good parking lot and very friendly staff. We were in and out of the repair within 25 minutes, and the price absolutely cannot be beat. The technicians were very knowledgeable and made this a stress free process for us. I highly recomend the team here.

Nothing less than an EXTRAORDINARY service. Got in touch with them in the morning of July 3rd, they were able to send someone to my place to fix my absolutely shattered windshield (which gave me a glass shower every time I tried to move the car) right before 3:00 PM and got everything set an hour later. Superb job, knowledgeable technician and I will go visit them the next Tuesday to get my rear door window's regulator fixed (and maybe get them all tinted, why not?). I'll be forever thankful for Mr. Boja, Mr. Reza, and all the Auto Glass Outlet crew. Outstanding!

I was a victim of a smash and grab while I was parked in DC on a family vacation. The Auto Glass Warehouse/Outlet was MUCH cheaper (about half price) than the company that my insurance partners with and they could do it during the same day, which was nice since it was raining. Ended up deciding to keep it there over the weekend and they offered me a ride to the metro station from their shop. Picked up on Monday and drove home. Excellent job, customer service, and genuine care from all who I worked with during this glass repair. Thanks!

Where should I began. I have actually been there twice before for my son’s same car. I called two weeks ago and was given one price arrived today it was inflated by $60. I also asked later in our conversation about the front also quoted to me he again quoted a higher price. This guy was rude and price gouged telling how long he been there etc. I spoke to the Latino guy not him via phone two weeks ago . (Flag )When we arrived he was directing us which door to come in via an open window which was clearly marked . Once inside he quotes me $300 not the price the rep told me . My son told how much he quoted us he said its this amount his tone was disrespectful . Then proceeds to tell me all sorts of facts about quotes we didn't ask him. No customer service at all I said no and we left out was in the car calling other shops. I feel like he gave this business a bad reputation because of his mannerisms.

Pleasantly surprised and impressed! My window was smashed in over the weekend, and this was the only place in the DMV (including both BMW dealerships) that had a replacement in stock and could get to my car the same day. Lowest price, took an hour, and they were even nice enough to vacuum up the broken glass from the interior. Highly recommend.

We were visiting Hyattsville in the midst of her lung cancer treatments in Ohio so she could see our new grandchild. Windshield cracked on the way to Maryland. We had it replaced at Auto Glass Warehouse. The tape they used peeled away paint on the railings on both sides of the windshield. We have pictures, received estimates for repair, spoke with the manager Ehsan Sard, sent emails, and have now called 8 times to try to find a resolution with no result yet. So, poor repair, and terrible customer service or responsiveness. We have been patiently trying to resolve this for more than 2 weeks remotely and finally today decided to let the Better Business Know, our insurance company State Farm, and now other consumers. Very frustrating to be treated in this way. Ironically, we picked them as a local company not nat'l chain, and with a good rating. And now regret it.
