We were blessed with Arianne Spratt as our funeral director. She was incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. She took the time to insure every detail of my brothers service was thought through and organised to precision. Throughout the days leading up to the service she checked in and helped in all aspects of this difficult time for us. Always respectful, flexible and emotionally intelligent. In her company we felt as though we had known her for years, her personality is so very personable, so much so that she felt like family. Thank you for being you Adrianne and delivering the most beautiful service for my brothers, Mick.

You DO NOT have to be a pensioner to have a funeral assistance or arranged by this family business. There's no hidden costs on top of what's in their package deal unless you want to purchase extras. Refer to their clear website. Everything is at your choice. Professionalism and friendliness to perfection. I felt so supported during a difficult time and the assistance from Arianne was amazing. Angela in the office was also very supportive. I cannot fault Australian Pensioner Funerals and I'll be pre-purchasing my funeral with them too.

We had a wonderful experience yesterday for my brother’s funeral with Australian Pensioner Funerals. It was truly a wonderful celebration of his life. Adrian who we met from the very beginning was very professional, extremely respectful, polite & a had an eye for detail. Adrian’s expertise as a celebrant was excellent, my brother’s chapel service & burial ran very smoothly. The costs involved were very reasonable as well. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this Australian family business to anyone.

This is the second time my family have chosen APF for our loved ones and I can’t speak highly enough of them. They are professional, courteous, compassionate and thoughtful in a very sad time. I wish I could give 5 stars and much more to Australian Pension Funerals. My family and I were given so much support, care, empathy and compassion during our very difficult time after my mother’s death. With each interaction, we were always also asked whether we were going all OK. Furthermore, my mother’s funeral was complicated by an issue with GMCT and David went more than above and beyond to help my family. I was absolutely impressed with how the mortician made my mother look so beautiful. The day of the funeral and of the funeral were absolutely perfect and I know for certain that it was all exactly how my mother wanted her funeral to be done. I want to thank David, Adrian and all the other very comforting, kind staff for their professionalism and exceptional service.

Price was very affordable without leaving those important touches out, highly recommend. Adrian was amazing to support us in organising my son’s funeral. He went out of his way to make it as easy as it can be for me and my family, we thank you so much. Julie was our Celebrant and worked with my daughter and was very calming, helpful and respectful. Julie spoke wonderfully and we thank her so much. Dave was the organiser on the day who again was very helpful, respectful and lovely, he made the day run as smoothly as it could, we thank him dearly. Thank you to everyone involved it was a beautiful ceremony to celebrate my son’s life.
