We were blessed with Arianne Spratt as our funeral director. She was incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. She took the time to insure every detail of my brothers service was thought through and organised to precision. Throughout the days leading up to the service she checked in and helped in all aspects of this difficult time for us. Always respectful, flexible and emotionally intelligent. In her company we felt as though we had known her for years, her personality is so very personable, so much so that she felt like family. Thank you for being you Adrianne and delivering the most beautiful service for my brothers, Mick.

Hi my name is kylie i would just love to say a massive thank you to Kester u done such an amazing job with our mother even had her looking like she use to words can not describe how thankfull i am from the first time i spoke with kester even tho it was on the ph as i live in qld he was so genuine an showed compassion, an listened to our wishes an every thing my sister an i wanted he made sure it was done for us i got to see my mum laying in her coffin an it look just like her the flowers were just what we wanted again thank u so much Kester an team
