Exceptional facilities, great doctors, peaceful environment, close to home so extremely convenient. I used to go to Granville and Auburn where wait times were always longer than 1 hour but I never had to wait more than half an hour, even when as a walk in appointment. Plenty of available parking as well. The medical centre is open all week which is great. Very happy with the service

Absolutely disgraceful service. This is the 2nd time I have booked an appointment and waited well over an hour for my appointment time. The 1st experience I had the receptionist offered me a phone appointment as I approached to cancel and leave due to the wait time ( mind you I would have had my 6 month old baby with me at the time ). I accepted the phone appointment. However on this occasion my appointment was for 10.15am. I left the clinic in a furious state at 11.10am as the doctor called a patient in who had an appointment at 10.30am (15 minutes after mine). This time the appointment I made was for my sick 11 month old baby who I had to try to entertain for that entire period. The receptionist followed me out to my car pleading that he will get me in to see a doctor right then. I was way too worked up at this stage and was yelling at him that I was not interested as this was the second time that I had spent far too long waiting for my appointment. Whilst I had 50 minutes to kill I had gotten onto the google page to check the reviews. Majority of them are complaints against the wait times. Google reviews allow the business to have the last say therefore they always manage to weasel their way out of the original review by responding. I will not allow this to happen. I will continue to post reviews until they can take full responsibility for this happening. The patients that were waiting in clinic before me for their 9.30am appointment were only seen at 10.40am. So it was not only me. It seems like this clinic is only after money and appointments. The receptionist advised me that this was the first time this has happened however based off my observation and the reviews it is a daily occurrence. I would steer clear from this clinic. Whilst the Drs are fantastic it seems that they are brought down by the clinics want for money.

Just moved to the area and needed a new doctor that is located closer to us for my 80 year old mother that has dementia. Unfortunately even though her old doctor is a bit of a distance looks like I'll be taking her back there. We had a scheduled appointment only to have to wait over an hour and to make matters worse the receptionist told us we were next only for the doctor to then call someone else in. I asked the receptionist what happened?? You told us we were next? Only for her to say sorry but the doctor called that person in just for a quick consult as the doctor has the patients file open. What ever that means 🤷🏼‍♀️. Waiting with an 80 year old woman that has dementia for over an hour when you have a schedule appointment is just inconsiderate and uncaring, anybody that cares for a person with dementia would totally understand where I'm coming from. Long story short I couldn't wait any longer as I also had to go to work that afternoon and told the receptionist I'm sorry we have to leave can I please reschedule an appointment? Only for her to say the doctor will call you. Mind you that call never came. I'm not sure if I missed something and we did something wrong as I was nor rude nor aggressive therefore I found the whole experience to be absolutely disgusting. No one deserves to be treated that way.

Giving two stars mainly due to the poor attitude of the male receptionist. He seriously lacks basic customer service skills and seems unnecessary given that the female receptionist is doing a great job on her own. His presence feels more like a hindrance than a help to the medical centre’s success. On a positive note, both Dr. Naila and Dr. Rafi are excellent. They take the time to listen patiently and provide quality care.

I recently visited the new medical centre with my two young kids and was thoroughly impressed! The facilities are modern and clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr Naila Shahid was gentle and patient with my kids, putting them at ease during the consultation.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this medical centre. I booked an appointment for Saturday specifically on the doctor’s recommendation, and I even cancelled all my other weekend plans and work to attend. After waiting for two and a half hours, I was told that there was no doctor available who was eligible to give me the vaccine. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If a service cannot be provided, patients should be informed in advance rather than being made to wait for hours. Very poor management and communication.

I am very disappointed with the service at this medical centre. The waiting times are excessively long, even with a confirmed appointment. On several occasions, I have seen patients who arrived later than me being called in first, which shows poor organisation and disregard for the appointment system. To make matters worse, if you need to cancel an appointment, the staff are quick to scold you, yet they show no respect for your time when you are left waiting unnecessarily. Overall, the experience feels disorganised and unprofessional. If you value your time and expect to be treated fairly, I would not recommend this place.

Worst customer service ever. I explained to the receptionist that we are new here and that I had booked an appointment for my wife which I had created her account and filling in the details online. Instead of helping, he said “No, you can’t do this, this is Australia and I am the owner.” His response was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked why I could book over the phone but not online, he was puzzled and made excuses that didn’t make sense. Thankfully, the doctor we saw was good, so our experience ended on a positive note. However, if the receptionist/owner is running a business, he really needs to improve his customer service skills.

Dr Naila is wonderful. I've been taking my daughter to see her since we've moved to Austral in December 2024. And will continue to do so. But the male receptionist is generally unpleasant and unfriendly. His tone is curt and professional in the robotic sense of just trying to get you out the way. I called for a last minute appointment, and I already understand it is difficult to fit in walk-ins, he said that it would be a 2hour wait. I said that's fine, I'll take what I can. And then he tells me 'no, you can't come in'. I was confused and then he gives me a litany of excuses; the wait will be ages, including Dr Naila won't see any more patients. I genuinely do not need to be strung along and spoken to condescendingly. Is the wait 2hours for the next walk-in or not? Do you take walk-ins or not? However, Dr Naila is wonderful and understanding. At the end of the day we go to the centre for her expertise and wonderful customer service. Pathology is great too! Great with bubs! Try to keep your interactions with the male receptionist to a minimum and it's a great health centre! Edit: The response says they were accurate in their information. Please read my review, the receptionist said it would be a 2hour wait, I said that is fine. I suspect they said this because they assumed I would decline due to the wait. It was then, they back tracked. My frustration is being spoken to condescendingly and dishonestly. I know there are other alternatives if I cannot get an appointment here. So being turned away is not the issue. It is the receptionists attitude. The response didn't help either. 3 star changed to 2 star. Happy to change review should their be improvement in customer service.
