Have never experienced a rude tradesman in my life until I came across Charles. They have attended our property multiple times without proper notice or consent, and on more than one occasion started work before permitted hours, despite council rules clearly stating otherwise. When this was raised, staff were argumentative and rude rather than cooperative. There has been no clear communication about timelines, duration of works, or what to expect as residents. The site has regularly been left messy and unmanaged, with loose materials left out that could easily be blown around. On one occasion, this resulted in damage to our vehicle, which was very frustrating. Basic site standards have been lacking — no effort to provide information, no consideration for residents, and no professionalism in how concerns were handled. No safety measures were put into place at all Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company for any scaffolding work at all

Needed some demo work done so I got in touch with Charles and he was more than happy to help. Did a great job, and a lot quicker than I was expecting. Highly recommend.
