Stayed here for a long weekend for work meetings and to use as a base to explore the area. I was really happy, the location and price were great and the staff were fantastic, especially the hotel manager who was very responsive and knowledgeable, she gave me some great recommendations and was very helpful at the hotel during my stay. I would book here again and compared to similar priced hotels in the area I'm very glad I chose this one - thank you

After spending two weeks at this hotel I could mention positive and negative things. Positive: - Comfortable bed and mattresses. - new and modern furniture. - clean rooms and good Air-conditioning - tasty breakfast (cost 100 TL/person or 6€). - they have a restaurant in the hotel. - polite and friendly staff (spoken English, Turkish, French and Arabic). - some of the rooms with Seaview and jacuzzi. - good Internet connection on the first and second floors. - they have a smart TV with android. Negative: - some of the receptionists were unprofessional. - bad Internet connection from the third and fourth floors (especially room 401). - weak of the cleaning room services. - very small bathrooms. - High laundry price

everything was great, the room was cleaned by Mr. Ferat with glasses, I think he's called, very good receptionists, they never said no, and we really want to thank those who were on duty in the morning of May 17, 2023, who in following some misunderstandings with breakfast, we had to pay, I thought we had breakfast included... they saw that I was in a hurry and let us go and had a smile on their faces. we called the next day to have someone pay for us, we were hoping that everything was ok, we apologize and as our daughter Amira said, next time we will come with something sweet. everything was great, the hotel is located close to everything you need, shopping, park, center, tourism... we recommend this hotel with great confidence. thank you for making us feel great in your hotel.

Rooms are quiet and clean. Receptionists were very helpful and nice. Very close to Havaist bus station that takes you to IST airport Vital area: Beach Park Bazar (shopping) Boulevards Metro station (~8 minutes walk)

Bed Cleaning was not so good, Hotel location is perfect... Breakfast was delicious. Worker's friendly.
