We first met Becky when she was helping my brother and father and I with estate planning. She was able to answer all our questions and concerns and helped get everything ready. When my wife lost her father and mother within just over a year, she was extremely distraught and didn't know where to turn. Fortunately, her parents had chosen Auld Brothers to complete their wills and we immediately reached out. Becky (Rebecca) agreed to meet with us right away. She was very compassionate and reassured us that she would be there to help us handle the emotional and legal aspects of this ordeal. She had the tools needed at the ready to help us work through identification of assets and debts, credit card accounts, insurance, etc. She was a thoughtful ear who knew my wife's parent's, understood our pain and knew my wife's parent's wishes. My wife was the executor and Becky provided expert consultation as she walked us through the settlement process. It wasn't a huge "estate", but there were some complications that made things difficult because of the short timing between both parent's passing. She was upfront about the time that it would take for any settlement regardless of the assets/debts because no matter how fast we were, we were reliant on the state. That advice helped us to avoid frustrations not only for us, but our entire family. She was spot on, but also diligent about making sure there were no delays on our end. We can't thank Becky, Brian, and Susan enough for, not only their legal guidance, but more importantly their understanding of the emotion involved in our loss. Becky has been and continues to be such a great help to me and my family. We originally sought out Becky after seeing an add for her services for wills and estate planning. My dad who was elderly had not made any plans for his estate and so he, my brother and I went to meet with Becky. She was so kind, thorough and competent and made everything as easy as possible.
