Augusta Garage Door

We have used Augusta Garage Door a few times for different repairs and have always been impressed with their service. Dustin is very friendly and knowledgeable and can usually get to you right away to look at your door.

I called last night to ask if someone could come out and help with my garage door, and he came out at six A.M. today to squeeze me in before his already scheduled appointments. Everything was fixed perfectly so quickly, and he was very helpful and gave great tips on maintenance.

My experience working with Augusta Garage Door was awesome! Dustin really knows what he's doing! He and Casey were kind, professional, and really cared about my satisfaction with our new door. I would recommend them to anyone! We got such a beautiful door from Wayne Dalton through them and I could not be happier with the quality and service.

We would typically request bids from multiple contractors; however, I didn't feel the need to after speaking with Dustin and his wife. We had a lot of questions! They were quick to respond, professional and very kind regarding my lack of knowledge. Dustin replaced two garage doors (with better insulated doors) and an opener. We were not in hurry but they were installed quickly, even though one had to be ordered. Our old doors were noticeably loud but after Dustin worked his magic, can't hear anything!! Extremely happy customers, would definitely recommend!!! Great price, they look and sound awesome, great service and NO HIDDEN FEES!

Fantastic installation and service is amazing. pre installed garage door in my new home and Augusta Garage came in to finish and install an opener and adjust the door. Over all very impressed with the customer service and work done!

I received a prompt return call, before "normal " business hours, they took into account my needs and had my garage door repaired quickly. Dustin didn't just repair it he showed me some simple maintenance of the wheels and track that will keep it up and working properly! I am impressed and very thankful for the prompt and professional service!

Our door opener was starting to act up and clearly needed replacing. I called Augusta Garage Door and they were able to come out same day to replace it. Jacob was super communicative about when he would be stopping by, did great work on replacing it. He was friendly and everything was cleaned up before he left. Highly recommend!
