Highly recommend. JR was able to diagnose our LG fridge after I gave him some basic DIY info (had checked the coils, fans and reset testing) saving me a diagnosis trip to Red Feather Lakes. Then he also told me my compressor was probably under warranty with LG, and saved me the cost of a new compressor! He was exactly on time, had made the correct diagnosis, and the repair worked perfectly. I thought his pricing was fair also.

JR is incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and committed to doing things right. I will absolutely be working with him again, and he has earned our trust. I can wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of appliance installation or repair. Thank you JR!

JR was fantastic. I had my hot water heater and refrigerator in a rental unit go bad at the same time. JR was able to diagnose the problems and fix them, saving me a bunch of $ not having to replace the appliances. He was willing to communicate directly with my tenant to schedule the repairs and got everything done while I was out of the country. JR is friendly, respectful, and an excellent repairman!

We 100% would recommend August Ltd. We had an issue with our refrigerator (the freezer section) and called August. They called us back the very next day (and that was a Saturday) and came out on Monday. They diagnosed the problem and , despite difficulties getting the parts, resolved the issue. And the cost was more than reasonable. Great service at a great price cannot be beat!

First things first, my situation. Parents had both been injured in a car crash, one in a walker, the other in a wheelchair. Murphys Law...the fridge stops working. JR immediately responded with a sense of urgency and commitment. He consistently communicated, found the solution, and completed the repair. I highly recommend this company.

This is a much delayed review. I contacted JR last June from abroad in desperation for an emergency. After being told that my three year old Samsung high end refrigerator needed to be replaced by a repair company hired by property management, I sought out for a second opinion. I searched online for a trustworthy appliance repair company in Fort Collins and was at once impressed by what I read about JR. I felt extremely lucky that such a hardworking and honest, super skillful independent professional person still existed and I had the privilege to use his service. JR fixed the so-called "unfixable issue" and charged the most reasonable fee. Almost a year passed and the refrigerator has been working great as he promised. JR does not have a fancy website but he will give you the best service! We are indeed very lucky to have people like him in the area.

After contacting several appliance repair companies to look at our dryer that had stopped heating, we scheduled an appointment with August Ltd. Not only did they accommodate our schedule, they were punctual, friendly, and incredibly professional. They saw me take off my shoes before going downstairs to the laundry room and took off theirs. They immediately went to work, diagnosing a damaged heating element, explaining and showing me how they'd reached that conclusion, and set out to fix it as quickly as possible. In less than an hour they had completed the work, tested it to make sure it was working correctly, and offered to change the side our dryer door opened from to make it easier to load (something they said the installer should have recognized at the time). I hope no more appliances break, but I know who we'll call if they do.

We have used JR twice. Both times he has been responsive to phone call and text. He came yesterday and figured out the problem, and today he came and fixed the problem. He was respectful to our home and our animals. He even checked in later in the evening to make sure it was still working. I would highly recommend!

JR is one of the most trustworthy, hardworking, and honest people (not just folks who do appliance repair - I mean people) that I have ever met. He has worked on numerous appliances in my home and has always been upfront with pricing, part availability, timing, etc...Always willing to go the extra mile to do the job right. If I could give him 6 out of 5 stars, I would do it without hesitation.

I found JR/August on Google two hours ago. Read the reviews, I called Jr for my samsung range upper oven issues. Left him a voice message and within minutes he calls back examined the situation arrived shortly and got it done on a profeesianl time manner. This guy know his stuff. I am happy that we have such local professionals. He also looked at my samsung dish washer that I had to take it out in the garage and replace it with a new frigadre. He looked at it and it looks like it needs a check valve hose. To bad didn't know about him till. I Defiently recommend Jr for any apliance repair.
