Dr. Rachel Marston was the third audiologist that met with to learn more about the various hearing aid companies. Before meeting with her, I had already done some research and had specific questions about several companies. Dr. Marston answered all my questions , but she provided some additional information, which helped me to-make my final decision. I am very happy with the hearing aids that I picked out and I would highly recommend Audiology of Apex, because you will received the same professionalism and service that I did.

Dr. Marston is a consummate professional and made the experience fun and educational. As a person with loss of hearing since birth, I have been to many clinics over my life. This one was bright, clean, fun and was an EASY experience. She has won my business, and will continue going for as long as I can!

I can't possibly say enough good things about Dr. Marston! I got my hearing aids from a different audiologist and was miserable - they didn't fit well, had constant issues and it got to the point where I stopped wearing them. Then I went to Dr. Marston and she changed everything. After a thorough evaluation with the latest tech, she worked with the manufacturer to have my hearing aids completely rebuilt for a much better fit and sound quality. Then she reprogrammed them using her magic powers and I can finally hear my friends and family again. I had a slight issue with one of them today and she fixed it in about two minutes, AND she didn't even charge me! It's not without hyperbole to say that she has had an enormous impact on my life ,so if you need an audiologist and are thinking about hearing aids, Dr. Marston is the best of the best!
