Dr. Pam was pleasant and professional. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment time, she greeted me and took me right back. She cleaned my Phonak hearing aids and replaced the wires, all for a reasonable price. This is after I saw another provider that wanted $400 to send them in to be repaired. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Audiology Associates.

I’m very disappointed with how you handled a problem with my Phantom Sound gear. I brought them in because one side didn’t work. You advised it would cost $586 to send them in for repair. Keep in mind they hadn’t been diagnosed yet. I called asking for a call back and have yet to receive a call.

Dr. Pam and staff at Audiology Concepts Burnsville were a pleasure to meet and start working with on a cochlear device upgrade. Dr Pam resolved an issue while there that was greatly appreciated to ensure my current cochlear device was operating properly for me. Highly recommended!

My new Oticon hearing aids malfunctioned. The receptionist told me to come in and they could see what needed to be done. Dr Pam tested the hearing aids and charger. The charger did not work at all. The hearing aids worked but needed adjusting. After a difficult morning, she graciously agreed to turn up the sound and gave me a new charger, so that I could use the device immediately. What excellent service!
