Auburn Towing Services LLC was great and had amazing service. The initial call was calm, courteous, knowledgeable and straightforward. They came well within the timeframe stated, the tower was professional and fast, my vehicle got home safely and securely. If needed, I will definitely their services again and would recommend them to anyone.

I had such a great experience with Auburn Towing Services. My car broke down out of nowhere, and they were the only company that actually picked up right away. The person on the phone was super kind and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The driver showed up quicker than I expected and was really respectful and patient. He explained everything, made sure my car was safely loaded, and even checked to make sure I had a ride home. Little things like that really matter when you’re stressed out. I honestly appreciate how smooth they made the whole process. If I ever need towing again (hopefully not 😂), I’ll definitely call them first. Highly recommend!

we had to tow a car 2 times 4 days apart. first wait time was 30 min. second was 20. the people are very quick, nice, polite and so easy to talk to. if we need to tow ever again within their range, we will be coming to them again.
