Attic Fanatics

We are so incredibly happy with our project with Attic Fanatics! We heard some critters that had gotten into our attic and called immediately (late on a Monday evening), and John came to our home on Tuesday to assess the situation. He showed up when he said he would, was honest in his assessment and we felt that he quoted a very fair price for the work that his team completed. They started with work quickly, took great care with our home (there was no evidence of any work debris left behind at the end of each day), the teams showed up when they said they would, everyone was pleasant, worked efficiently and with a super level of quality. They resolved this issue quickly! In a week, they removed our old insulation, all pests were gone, sanitized, replaced damaged trim/wood siding and painted, and replaced all of the insulation. John was on site, made follow up calls, assigned a project manager (James) who was also on site each day and the crew was fabulous. Highly recommend-A+ job!

Attic Fanatics did an awesome job from start to finish. They removed our old insulation and installed new insulation, and they were the only company that explained how important air sealing is. They also recommended a solar attic fan to help with summer heat and attic humidity, which we ended up going with and are glad we did. Everyone we worked with was great, from the sales rep to the installers, and they even had a project manager on site making sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy the whole time. Super smooth process and a 10/10 experience. I’d definitely recommend Attic Fanatics to friends and family.

John B. initially came out to survey my attic and recommended adding a fresh layer of R22 as well as two solar powered ventilators. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional (as well as his crew). James who oversaw the project arrived with the crew and within a couple of hours they completed the project. As far as I can tell my home is a lot cooler and my AC unit is not struggling to keep my home cool. Great people, product and price and I highly recommend them. Thank you Attic Fanatics!

We were able to get a reasonable quote for adding some additional attic insulation over the phone - the work was performed quickly and the crew left no mess. The air conditioner finally gets a rest.

They did a thorough job evaluating my attic and quoting a complete solution. There was a slight miscommunication during installation, but they immediately recognized their mistake and left me better off than what was originally the plan. I would absolutely use them again.

John came out quickly to look at my issues and gave me a reasonable quote. Their team came out when they were scheduled and installed 7” of blown insulation topper and 4 attic fans in about 4 hours. Everything from the quote to the installation was done very professionally.

Fantastic consult and job site attention to detail. Worked within budget and was able to adapt to a short notice change request. On site care and cleanliness were outstanding and the whole process was straightforward and enjoyable.

John and his entire team were easy to work with and very informative.John provided us with his honest opinion and let us know what we truly needed vs trying to sell us on what we thought we needed which would have costed us more!
