Flipped Hair Brunswick

On my second time to Flipped, I had to wait 15mins before being seen (totally fine), discussed how I wanted 2-3inches cut off the length. They took forever to dry my hair and It was only when the cut was almost over that I noticed that he only took about half an inch off the length! I had places to be so I couldn’t stay longer to get more cut off the length but then when I went to pay they said as my hair took longer to do (this was including the 15mins wait time) that they had to charge for a ‘restyle’ and I had to pay extra. Was very disappointed. I wouldn’t have minded paying the extra cost if I had actually got my hair cut the way I wanted but felt like they were taking advantage, charging extra for a re - style when they took longer to do my hair which was literally just a trim. I will not be returning.

I can’t thank the team at Flipped Hair Brunswick enough! I had completely botched my 8-month-old’s first home haircut (uneven fringe and random tufts everywhere!) and came in feeling pretty sheepish. Joe squeezed us in and Cristina was so kind and gentle and worked absolute magic fixing it up, and made my little one’s hair look adorable again. To top it off, they wouldn’t even let me pay! Such a generous and lovely gesture. I’m so grateful — highly recommend Cristina and the whole Flipped team for their warmth, skill and kindness. 💛

I had a haircut with Lesley on a Tuesday. The haircut was okay. The issue is she could be a little more gentle in now she handles the haircut. The whole time I was so nervous, even got a scratch on my forehead. It has been over two months since the haircut but I thought I would write a review because the experience continues to stay with me.

Absolutely ecstatic with the service and result of my hair today. Great atmosphere & culture in the salon and Cristina is a true artist with hair. Highly recommend 🙌🏼

I've been seeing Joseph at Flipped for a couple years now and have always been so happy after our appointments - Thursday was no exception. Joseph listens well and can create something incredible when I don't even fully know what I want to do with my hair. He gave me the best haircut I've ever had, I've received compliments all day and night. I couldn't be happier with my choice of hairdresser, and I'll always be able to trust him with my hair. Elijah cut my hair on Tuesday. It's the best haircut I've had in a very long time. You can tell that he really cares about the end result. He also does a great colour. Flipped has a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly

Eli what a bloody amazing colourist – No rush jobs, no cookie-cutter colours – just pure, intentional magic. He took his sweet (and necessary) time, mixed up potions like a mad scientist, and listened to what I wanted. Then made it better. 20/10 would let him near my hair again.

I had the best experience with Cristina today! I left my hair in her hands & she created a mini transformation & I am in love. Cannot recommend the services at Flipped Hair enough, you will not be disappointed.
