Same day service and it was done very timely. The trimming was very nice as well. I most appreciate the care given in the follow up to ensure that I was pleased with the service. I am using them as my lawn service company going forward and would recommend them to others.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this lawn company.(new customer) I scheduled to get my lawn mowed on July 2 and they never showed up! It is July 14 and I have as of yet to get my lawn mowed. Very disappointing and frustrating as I had shown grace when communicating with Danielle and trying to be patient. Day after day when I called, I was told that they were going to come out but it never happened. I have decided to go with another company to service my lawn. Wish I would have gone with someone else sooner.

I chose this company based off positive reviews but unfortunately I cannot attest to the quality of their lawn care because making in appointment is apparently impossible. I made an appointment for Monday, it is now Thursday and no one has showed up. I have called this company every single day, multiple times a day. I have only managed to speak with an employee twice. Both times I was assured that they would “call me right back” but I have not received a single phone call back in 4 days. Their lawn maintenance may be great (I have no idea) but this company is extremely unprofessional and uncommunicative, unfortunately.
