You MUST have received utility approval in order for an installation to begin. We MUST have Permission to Operate (PTO) from the utility before a system can be energized. IF your installer installs solar without utility approval, the installer does not know if the electrical infrastructure that feeds your property is adequate enough to handle the solar electricity. If the utility deems that the infrastructure is not adequate, it could result in the system needing to be removed OR costly transformer upgrades. Atlasta Solar Center has been in business for 44 years by following the rules and regulations in order to maintain safety for homeowners, our employees, and utility employees. ASC is local and provides service after the installation. Ask your installer if they are actively servicing their existing installations - you may be surprised.
