Atlas Pain Specialists

I’ve been a patient at Atlas pain since March and everyone there is wonderful! The ladies up front are always smiling and so friendly. The medical assistants are just as sweet! I’ve had a couple cervical epidurals and a lumbar epidural and Dr. Ormond is very caring and explains the process every step of the way. I recently saw Dr. Lara and he took the time to talk and listen and not rush through the appointment. Everyone there treats you like family and not just a number. I had to cancel an appointment last month because my dad passed away. I received such a nice text from them. Then they took the time to send a sympathy card. If you are looking for a doctor that treats your pain and actually cares about you, Dr. Ormond and the staff at Atlas Pain is where you need to be!

Outstanding! I've had many years of extreme pain from running. Prior Doctor's tried Stem cell, cortison, and numerous scripts and I never had any relief. On my visit to Atlas, the Doctor's analyzed my xrays and MRI and solved my 24/7 pain. I had a follow up appointment today and all is well. I highly recommend Atlas. Joe Busch

I just joined and transferred to Atlas, and although my intake appointment had a little bit of a wait it was not bad at all especially because the staff was so kind and friendly. Offices get busy, and most places can’t seem to keep their kindness during stressful, busy moments but the ladies working the desk kept their warmth and made sure the rest of my experience was timely. I felt I was heard during my appointment with my provider, and actually had better recommendations than previous pain management providers. Very glad I found Atlas! Thank you!

Dr Ormond and his entire team (specifically the two lady’s up front) are the best. I work on the road 70 percent of the year and they have never failed to see me when needed. I’ve called and have gotten in sometimes same day. I highly recommend Dr Ormond and his entire staff.

This was the second procedure I've had with Atlas Pain Management. My first experience was just as great. Staff there are compassionate and professional. They are very timely and addressed all of my concerns with ease. Atlas was recommended by Men's Vitality, and what a great recommendation. I have been to a few other pain management centers before having procedures with limited results and unexpected bills. Atlas Pain Management's approach to treatment and services was transparent, with no insurance guess work. Honestly I didn't think my review would be so lengthy, but it was more than worth it!

Best Doctors and staff! They are worth my 40 minute drive! Had a new doctor today Dr. Randall and was very pleased with his knowledge and empathy for what I was going through. Strongly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment to address significant sciatica pain running from my lower back down my left leg. Despite having an appointment, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 45 minutes in the exam room before finally seeing someone—for only 5 minutes. During that time, I was given a basic explanation of what sciatica is (which I already knew and had explained as the reason for my visit) and was told I’d be referred to a specialist, who would follow up within a week. I was also prescribed a painkiller and muscle relaxer. A month passed with no contact, so I followed up, only to learn the referral had never been submitted. I ended up finding my own physical therapist, who I’ve been seeing for two months now with great results. Then, seven months after the initial appointment, I received a bill for that brief and ultimately unhelpful visit. Talk about a waste of an afternoon and money.

Great customer service; appointment scheduled on time patient seeing doctor; Doctors knowledgeable about patient care plan on medication for pain that very important to me.Working with my Medicare provider insurance coverage for lower back hip area for pain.
