Atlas door repair

I called Atlas to come look at one of our doors at an LA fitness location I oversee, and man they have GREAT service! They came out within 24 hours, worked quick and efficiently. Identified the problem quick, handled it with care and professionalism and was very transparent through it all. I had a tech named David and he was awesome, made sure things were correct on both sides before leaving and let me know what he did as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend to friends, family and colleagues

At my little gift shop in a 100 year old building, the glass door started to sag and stick. Rick came out last November and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. It was a new hinge instead of replacing the entire door. Today I remembered the quote, called the office and then in two hours Rick and Colin came over and fixed the door very quickly. They were polite to my customers and cleaned up afterwards.

The experience with Atlas was awesome. From the first call for information and prompt feedback to the implementation and repair of our 40 year old doors. The courteous workers cleaned up after themselves and ensured our requirements were met. We definitely will be providing them with more jobs in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Customer service is so hard to come by these days, and when you tend to expect what you personally deliver. Everyone was so patient and friendly over the phone, you took the time to come out to visit us prior to quoting us, which many others in your industry did not bother to do but were quick to quote us on a new door. You sent us Rick and he was great. He offered 2 quotes one for a repair and one for a door replacement. We went with the repair option. After paying our 50% you advised us that it would take about 7 days for parts. Well 2 days later I received a call from Matt asking if it would be ok for him to come complete the job. Not only did he complete the job, but he stuck around to let my bosses test the door and answered additional questions. Bonus points for making my boss so happy that he sang after the work was completed. THANK YOU!

Atlas Door Repair came to fix my office door within one hour of calling them. David was very professional and quickly repaired my door. I highly recommend them if you need a door repair or replacement.

Very professional and fast. Unfortunately I had a break in but they came out Monday to get measurements and had the glass installed the next day. I recommend Atlas 100% Even though I had customers in the lobby they were safe and quick.

Had an excellent repair call with Matt yesterday. We had a commercial swing door that was not closing properly. Atlas responded quickly and was able to diagnose and repair the door closure. Great service, and will reach out to them for future needs.

This company was very reliable with their service. They quoted me a price and even with some hick ups they finished the job and honored the price and it was done in a very timely manner. Their employees showed so much respect towards my property. They even cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely recommend them.

best service. called in this afternoon and they were out at my shop within the hour. they were able to fix both my back door and front door same day quickly and for reasonable pricing. they were very friendly and easy to talk to, i would recommend!!

I had Atlas Door out to repair our storefront door. They communicate very well and have a clear process for how they handle service work. They came out next day and got my door repaired on the spot. Highly recommend!
