Colorado to Michigan! From start to finish Atlantic Relocation Systems made our move effortless. After experiencing a scam from another company Bill and his team saved us from what would have been a nightmare. We are so grateful. The team that packed us did so with professionalism and care. The guys who came to unload did so quickly and carefully. Part of not having to worry is that my husband who has Multiple Sclerosis could sit comfortably and just mark boxes as they were unloaded. This was a huge weight off of our minds and bodies. This was our first move and it was a big one, 1,100 miles. I am thankful ARS walked us through this. I’d absolutely refer them to anyone both within the US or Internationally who needed assistance with a move.

Amazing service. We moved across the country. The crews did a fantastic job protecting our stuff and delivering on time. Everyone was so friendly, positive and helpful. I will recommend Atlantic Relocation Systems to anyone in need of movers. They took an extremely stressful situation and helped smooth out the ridges for us.

Absolutely thrilled to have had Eugene and Kirk as the team moving me into my new place. Not only were they extremely professional and fast they were a pleasure to have around. Their customer service, communication and willingness to work with me was great on it's own. You can tell these two not only enjoy working together, but they enjoy their jobs and making stressful times for others much easier and FUN. These guys were great. This company the most unprofessional relocation cargo company I have ever dealt with. Don't expect anything to go smoothly and don't expect any quote to be final. I had a horrible experience working with Brenda and her team who assisted me in my move form London to USA.

We opted for both packing and moving services for our recent cross-country move. The team on the “origination” side was Jeremy, Allison, Troy, and Lee. They worked nonstop for 2 solid days and did an amazing job of packing all our belongings from a large home (2-story + basement), while taking special care with each and every item. Not only that, but the speed and efficiency at which they worked was incredible. We were honestly exhausted just watching them work and trying to not get in their way! Not only were they super hard-working, but they were friendly, polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our street was also undergoing construction at the time of the move, and they handled that potential hiccup as if it were just another day on the job. On the “destination” side, Jesus, Juan, and Julio also worked incredibly hard and made carrying our super heavy furniture look like a breeze. Again, they were swift but careful, and made sure to place everything exactly where we requested. Every single item was accounted for and nothing was damaged or broken, even after traveling 2000+ miles! All three gentlemen were polite, professional, and friendly. On the logistical side of things, Austin handled all of those pieces (and there were a lot!) with the utmost expertise and dedication. He answered my numerous questions with finesse and skill…even though I probably annoyed the heck out of him! He was there to support us at every turn and was actually one step ahead so we were never left wondering who/what/when/where/why/how. Lastly, I also had Atlantic transport my car to our new state, and - as expected - they did a phenomenal job. I was communicated with throughout the entire process, and they always made sure I knew exactly what the plan was or if anything might potentially change with the schedule. It was executed perfectly and my car arrived at its destination at exactly the scheduled time and place. Honestly, I can’t say enough positive things about Atlantic from start to finish. Each person I dealt with was sharp, conscientious, and a total pro. They all came together to form an absolute dream team, making our move a stellar experience!

Yes your manager came there and he didn’t do apologize i showed him 4 places damages in my trailer and he was telling me oh we didn’t do that we didn’t do that. Evan he was knows that’s new scratches on the side wall . They don’t have space to backup on dock . You have to backup from the street and there was lots of big steel plates on the floor so careful about your truck trailer tires and There was a old forklift guy he is really rude he don’t know how to unload he damaged my trailer so careful when he start unloading. I think he need rest or more training how to unload a load . He was really rude.

DO NOT USE. Your stuff will be in better care if you pack and ship yourself. We used them to move from NW Indiana to Seattle via a corporate move. Our stuff did not arrive on time which we were reimbursed for. But what really continues to anger me is that most of our furniture was 1.5 years old. In brand new condition. And every single thing was dinged up and damaged. Yes we did the claim BS but what's a few thousand dollars, when one piece of furniture alone costs that. I would never use this company again. Shame on these movers for not giving a crap about people and how hard they work for things.

Our movers Victor and Juan were very thorough and professional. Everything arrived intact from our cross country move and was placed right where we needed it in our 3 story home. I was amazed at how much those 2 guys could do! Would recommend Atlas Van Lines especially if you have Victor and Juan as your crew.

Shipping or receiving starts at 9AM Sharp these place does not start earlier if you here for delivery or pick up must park on the road then walk into the shipping office and they will get you all the details you have to back from the road into there dock if you have 53dry van trailer you can do it….. good luck everyone…… be safe out there

Horrible experience! The people working here are unbelievably rude and arrogant. They clearly have no idea what customer service means. Every interaction felt unpleasant — they talk down to you and act like they’re doing you a favor. I’ll never deal with this company again, and I strongly recommend everyone else to stay far away!
