Truly an exceptional experience! Rarely if ever these days do I come across companies who genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction and Atlantic Awnings & Metal Works IS that exception! After installation I was not happy with a certain aspect of the awning. To my aesthetic eye the awning’s valance was just not right - I was assured that all was sewn correctly, shown pictures of other awnings to support their point yet still the loose aspect of the valance was not to my liking. Recognizing that it was not their fault I offered to pay for them to change the valance and Joel flat out refused - he firmly asserted that he wanted me to be happy with my awning and at his expense he redid the awning and now to my aesthetic eye it’s absolute perfection!! Thank you Joel and Natalie for making this an exceptional experience from start to finish!!!
