Absolutely terrible experience. I was told I’d get a call back within 30 minutes—never happened. Instead, I was left waiting nearly two weeks with zero communication. I had to constantly chase them down just to get a simple update on my watches. No one ever took the initiative to reach out, which shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. On top of that, the customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive whenever I did get through. It honestly felt like I was bothering them for asking about something they were supposed to handle. If you value your time, your property, and basic customer service, avoid this place. There are plenty of other watch shops that actually care about their customers—this is not one of them.

I brought 3 watches in for repairs last week. Cartier, Rolex, and a favorite I bought in Italy. They did an amazing job finding the right size pins, realigning hands, and fixing diver dials etc. - ready for pick up the next day. And the price they charged was less than half of what I expected. Highly recommend this shop.

Had such a good experience here! I needed to resize my engagement ring and really wanted it day of. They were able to get the job done and for a reasonable price! They also repaired some of my husbands’ jewelry, all in like 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

Great, no-hassle service. Swapped bezels on an early 2000s Rolex, super easy. I was in the shop less then ten minutes. I would go back if I had a more complex issue.

Stopped in and was able to get my 3 watch batteries replaced. The process took less than 10 minutes and price was very fair. These guys are really good at all things in jewelry. Highly recommend!

I brought in an antique pocket watch that had an issue with and a new watch I received in the mail that had a very small packaging plastic that was caught in the stem. I was prepared to pay for this simple fix (but complicated for me) and they insisted no charge. Other places would have had my leaving the watches and be way overcharged. Their knowledge, friendliness and honesty will bring me back to them and I hope to have opportunities to refer future business to them…… I highly recommend them!!!
