Absolutely terrible experience. I was told I’d get a call back within 30 minutes—never happened. Instead, I was left waiting nearly two weeks with zero communication.
I had to constantly chase them down just to get a simple update on my watches. No one ever took the initiative to reach out, which shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time.
On top of that, the customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive whenever I did get through. It honestly felt like I was bothering them for asking about something they were supposed to handle.
If you value your time, your property, and basic customer service, avoid this place. There are plenty of other watch shops that actually care about their customers—this is not one of them.
