I recently tried several meals from AthleticsFit, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Kim, the Sales Manager at AthleticsFit, for introducing me to this service. She personally messaged me with delivery instructions and helped me every step of the way — something you don’t see often anymore. Their customer service is genuinely phenomenal, fast, and human. No waiting, no bots, just real support from someone who cares. On top of that, the food is outstanding. I used to have Factor75, and the difference is night and day. AthleticsFit tastes fresher, cleaner, and more thoughtfully made. You can tell the meals are prepared locally with a level of hygiene and quality control that’s hard to match with big national companies. The broccoli cream soup is spot-on, the turkey meatballs are delicious, and the kebab completely surprised me in the best way. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and easy to chew, and the chicken parmesan was another standout. But the filet mignon with mushrooms? Unreal. I’ve had a similar dish from Factor, and AthleticsFit absolutely nailed it. This was a 200/10 steak — perfectly cooked with incredible sides — and I finished it before I even remembered to film it. I’m so glad I made the switch. Having a local meal service that’s fresh, hygienic, flavorful, and backed by amazing customer support makes all the difference. Already looking forward to picking meals for next week!

I’ve tried so many healthy meal delivery services before and nothing stuck until finding AthleticsFit. You won’t find any shrink-wrapped mushy mystery food with them- everything is so fresh and tasty, and the menu variety makes it easy to stay consistent. As a busy professional trying to keep my family on a healthy diet during this week, this has become a staple service for us. After a few months on the meals, my husband and I have noticed our clothes fitting better and our overall energy and gut health have never been better. Customer service is amazing! It’s easy to reorder, cancel, skip, etc. Lana has been an amazing resource with weekly communication. Highly recommend if you’re looking for easy, healthy, and truly fresh meals in Miami.

Some meals are better than others. Recently I noticed the offered selections have not been as good. For example they removed the vinaigrette with the tuna salad. However i like they offer the ability to pick your meals or buy protein in bulk. I really like their spicy chili chicken and wish that was more of a staple. Lana, is also great she always reminds me to order my meals or keeps the ordering period open if I miss it. Overall good service, and decent food.

We are so happy and grateful to our daughter for introducing us to Athletic Fit healthy meals. Not only they deliver it to your door, but the meals arrive perfectly portioned, fresh, and ready to eat, maintaining both taste and nutritional value. Despite being health-focused, the meals are flavorful and satisfying, proving that healthy eating doesn’t have to compromise on taste. A highlight of our experience with Athletics Fit is our dear rep LANA. Lana goes beyond standard service by suggesting meal combinations based on our food preferences, and activity levels. She also does regular check-ins reminding us of the deadline to place our weekly order and patiently assist us further when we do go over the closing timeline anyway. Athletic Fit has made easy our days and their fresh and delicious dishes our another reason to run home after a busy day. Thank you! I’ve been using this company for a while now. I took a break from them to try other meal prep companies but I ended up back using them. The main reason was the food tasted the best and the variety. I’ve been dealing with Lana since I started and she’s been great. I had some nutritional questions and she replied in a timely manner. She even added to an order I already submitted after the cutoff date. They will work with you within reason. They’re not crazy expensive but they’re not the cheapest either. I love the food in my delivery service. I tried their Thanksgiving feast. My family loved it. The only complaint was no stuffing and when did I start making green beans? They all know that's the only vegetable I don't eat! That's when I had to confess I didn't cook! It's a little on the higher price point, but when I come home from work and I have a healthy meal waiting for me....

Athletics Fit has been the best meal service I’ve used in a long time. Not only are the meals tasty but the service has been outstanding. Lana has been available anytime I had questions related to my orders. She answers any questions and is quick respond with any issues or adjustments. I do custom meals and using their system is very painless to order and make adjustments as needed. Highly recommended.

AthleticsFit is an amazing food prep and delivery business! They have an amazing selection of healthy options to choose from. I order breakfast and lunch on a weekly basis with assistance from Lana. The food tastes great and is super convenient especially since work life leaves little time to prepare my meals these days.
